Seller Terms & Conditions

  • Payment will be received immediately client completes online transaction.
  • 90% of price on site goes to vendor. 10% to Fargo Courier to facilitate courier delivery and insurance.
  • Product to be packed as  par Fargo Courier standards to ensure safe transit.
  • Product & Service serial number must be documented.
  • Products & Services to be sold as described.
  • Goods must be in good condition at time of collection.
  • Goods only to be handed over to nominated Fargo Courier personnel for delivery.
  • Items to be kept in stock and inventory should be an accurate representation of the product displayed.
  • Products to be returned with full store credit where packaging and product are intact.
  • In the event of returns for damage or faulty product the buyer receives a full store credit.
  • All transactions are between the buyer and seller and not Fargo Courier.
  • Sellers can be suspended or removed from site without notice where product or stock related issues arise.
  • Where wrong or damaged goods are sent seller will be charged courier rate for both journeys.
  • Store refund policy to be advised at sign-up. Fargo Courier will enter Terms&Condition’s on site.
  • Refund policy – 100% store credit or replacement.
  • Payment partner charges to be split between vendor (90%) and Fargo Courier (10%)
  • Constantly review Terms&Condition’s for amendments
